Error en checkbox en tabla

Estimados,

Existe un error en los formularios que contienen tablas con radiobutton (opción única) ya que no deberían permitir seleccionar más de 1 opción. Además, una vez seleccionada, no permite des-seleccionarla.

Tuve que cambiarla a checkbox.

Por favor revisar.

This is how the single choice field works.

However in the Input Table, you may be able to select all the cell by changing the required option to "require an answered in every cell".
