Unable to get forms sent to my email

    Hi I have set up a form and gone through your frequently asked questions to try and figure out why when a form is submited it wont go to the email I have chosen. When I click on test email it sends it to the email I set up jotform with not the email I have written in the recipient email box. Then on top of that any email form that is submitted once filled out which i have done 3 tests all get saved in jotform but dont get sent to either email address.

    Can you help me figure out why this might be happening?

    In your Email notification, please change the 'Sender Email:' to noreply@jotform.com

    If you need to use your email address to your 'Sender E-mail', we recommend Whitelisting Jotmails IP Addresses first to prevent email notification from not being received.

    If the issue still persist, please contact us again.

    Hi,

     

    I tried changing the sender e-mail to noreply@jotfrom.com however I am still not recieving emails to any email address?

    I checked your form and see that email are getting delivered to your email id. There are 3 submissions on 25th April and all emails wree sent. Here are the email server log:

    Request you to check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there. You should also refer this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues
