How do I make JotForm compatible with jQuery Mobile?

    Hi -

    I'm developing a site with jQuery Mobile and found your online form builder just in time.  It's very smart.

    I inserted the code in the main html (not embedded with AJAX) in the contact us page but nothing appears.  I'm working with Dreamweaver so I have previewing capability as I work.  The form does not appear in the WYSIWYG or Preview in Browser via testing server.  I uploaded it for further testing here:

    ...and nothing appears where the form should be.

    I dropped the script into a normal, non-mobile html page and it displays perfectly but in the jQuery Mobile page it doesn't.

     So my question is - are there steps I should take to make my jQuery Mobile site compatible with JotForm??

    Hi Josh,

    The form actually works on the page. Here's a screenshot:

    One thing is that, the fields are not well formatted on mobile devices. I suggest you to embed the form using our iframe method: How to Get Form iFrame Codes

    Welvin - thanks.

    Yes.  After I asked the question I did eventually figure out to go to the Setup & Embed page and I selected the Dreamweaver icon for the code.  I still have a lot of work to do on that code though.  For example: the Country selector is in the code even though I do not have it on my form.

    Now I'm back in your editor trying to tweak it more and then will try your advice on How to Get Form iFrame Codes.

    Hi Josh,

    You can simply delete the country code on the source code, that should removed it.
