Plimus payment gateway is not user friendly

    The payment gateway Plimus is impossible to use. It is definitely not user-friendly. It needs to be changed. I've been a customer for years and now I 

    Can you provide a phone number with a live person at the other end of the line who can answer questions?  If not I'm going to have to find another source. Live phone support is absolutely critical for my business without it I'm out of business.  

    I have been a customer of yours for several years.  It is it is extremely frustrating when you want to pay and cannot use your system. There is no phone number and no address. As far as I am concerned at this point, you are already out of business.
