Notification email does not work and file uploads intermittently fail

    Notes:

    Auto responder email are sent OK

    Notification email to my "jk at directplot.com" is not received - this failure is 100%

    per the instructions on the email troubleshooting document:

    All listed sending email domains have been whitelisted on my networksolutions hosted site

    Sender is Jotform - noreplay@jotform.com

    Email has been checked on the web host // no spam filters are enabled there

    File uploads to Dropbox intermittently fail

    Your email address jk at directplot.com was in our bounce list


    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<0000013b5e9= b2450-ab08a9ae-c37e-4df4-bc66-a13361ca804e-000000@amazonses.com>) with the = subject of (New submission: Send a File) matches a profile the Internet com= munity may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.'


    I have already removed it from the bounce list. Please let us know if anything else is required
