You've reached your form limit

    Hello Dear All,


    Kindly i need your support regarding enable my forms, i have now (50 forms only) enabled and disabled, but when i make enable for a disabled form it's shown to me as attached pic.

    So please i need your support to solve this issue to me, although i upgrade my account to silver with 100 forms.

    It seems that you currently have 2 Jotform accounts: DietCenter and DietCenterCS.

    DietCenter has Bronze account with more than 50 forms.

    DietCenterCS has Silver account with no forms.

    Did you instead want to upgrade the DietCenter account? If yes, please login using your DietCenter account and do the upgrade in there:

    Dear Vanessa, 

    Thanks for the above, however, we had the intension to upgrade out active account which we already have a broze package form. 

    And since both accounts (DietCenter DietCenterCS ) are considered as one user and have access to the same form, we upgraded only one of them. 

    What we need to do is the following: 

    Have the upgrade implemented on DietCenter account which had the Bronze package. 

    Please clarify the exact steps we need to follow to transfer the upgrade from one accoun to another. 

    In addition, we would like to request a refund of USD 19 charged on us (invoice # 20200010729) as a regular monthly payment for the bronze account, since we have already upgraded our account and paid for an annual subscription.

    I would suggest you to move all forms to the DietcenterCS account, which is on the Silver plan.

    So, the limits of the Silver plan will apply and you can keep all forms.

    In order to do this, we would need request to move the forms from the DietCenter account.

    So can you help me to send this request to move the forms from the DietCenter account to my account DietcenterCS, which is on the Silver plan, So i need the steps for moving the forms.

    And regarding cancellation the payment, we will contact with you on Sunday 05/01/2020 to make refund for PayPal subscription.

    We need the request to move forms from the form owner. As such, to move the forms from DietCenter to DietCenterCS, please login on your DietCenter account and contact us again to request the forms to be transferred.

    As for the Bronze subscription refund on your DietCenter account, please note that a prorated refund will be issued to you depending on when the subscription will be cancelled. Please also login on your DietCenter when requesting anything related to that account.
