Show more fields depending on previous answers.

Hello Folks,

I need to develop or have someone build a question formatted data base/form that points and navigates to certain answers dependent on selection of associated answer.

 So dependent on the answer to the question, the answer may lead still to a further drill down in further questions and answers.

Is this possible with jot-forms and is there a template available?
