    need to move a form...

Asked by Jason on April 25, 2013 at 12:11 PM

You just shut off my account so I can't even access my forms to duplicate them and get them moved.

One of my clients' forms is getting too many submissions and it caused my account to get overfull.  I just need to move that form to their account.

    Hi Jason,

Good day to you. Let us know what form from your account and your client username so we can proceed.

Also, I suggest you to use the normal form to received up 100 submissions per month. Your account was overlimited for reaching SSL Limit which is 10 only for Free Accounts.

You have to re-embed the form without checking the "secure" box to have the normal form.

    Thanks

    thanks for the quick reply.

i'm quite certain we have no need for the SSL form.  Can I switch that out and not deal with moving the form just yet?

    Hi,

Yes, just please follow the instructions on my first response. I have reactivated your account as your account status become "OVERLIMIT".

    Thanks

Am I missing something? or is there no way to see which form has that ssl thing checked??  I just went through all of my forms and none of them had that checked?

Do I need to just visit the forms on their actual websites and just look for some sort of designation that they are using SSL?

sorry to be so dense about this... I never had any intention of using ssl.

    Hi Jason,

We don't have such function on our site to check if the form uses the Secure URL. Let us know the webpages to where you have embedded your forms so we can help you check them up.

-Yes, you may. Check if the form URL starts with https:// (Secure Form URL).

    Thanks
