Not able to view My Forms

    The Jotform website isn't working for me - I push the "log in" icon and nothing happens.

    I need to get into my forms but can't get logged in.

    @Mary

    I dont see any issue with your account. Which browser are you using? Can you please clear your browser cache and then try to login to your jotform account and see if that helps you?

    Help - it's happening again!
    I've cleared the cache again and I still can't pull up the login info - when
    I click on Login it doesn't do anything.

    Again, there is no issue with your account. Which browser are you using? Try to login with other browser and clear your browser cache.

    I'm using Foxfire Mozilla - I finally got the log in to show up and now I
    can't get to my forms.
    What is happening?

    I just checked your account with firefox and was not able to encounter any issue. Please see the screenshot:

    Are you getting any error? Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Let us know and if you continue to have this issue, i will forward this to our development team.

    Hi,

    I am a member of the development team. I have viewed your account and can see no problems there. Could you please try and restart your web browser and clear your cache again. We have recently been doing a lot of updates to the my forms area of the website, so this may have caused a slight error on your side but restarting your browser and clearing your cache should fix this for you.

    Please let me know how you get on.
