No Data has been forwarded to Mailchimp after integration

    I am trying to integrated my Forms to one of my MailChimp List, and I ran a test but there is no data has been passed to mail chimp mailing list?

     

    Is there any setting I need to do?

    Hi,

    Good day and thanks for contacting us. We have this issue and we already notified our developers about that. I have this thread forwarded to them as well.

    We'll let you know on this thread if udpates are made.

    For now, while waiting, you may consider using Zapier - Jotform - Mailchimp:

    It's still not forwarding any data to MailChimp. I tried re-integrating form but it just transfered old subscribers to MailChimp.

    But its' not sending out data for new submission, -how long does it take to data appear in mailchimp or do I have to transfer it manually ?

    Hi,

    Before doing the integration, please kindly check the validation of all the fields. Set them as follows;

    Name Field: Use "Alphabet"

    Email Field: Use "Email Address"

    Company:  Use "AphaNumeric"

    Since you already have integrated the form to Mailchimp, please kindly remove the current integration. Set this validations then integrate again.
