I have been doing some tests to my forms and found out that if a customer fills all their details out and then submits the form, but doesn't pay for it then i don't get any e-mail to let me know that someone has tried to buy the products. Under the old form this was able to happen which meant i could go back to the customer and say, you have tried to buy this product but you haven't paid for it yet.
- JotForm FounderaytekinAnswered on May 25, 2010 at 09:42 AMYes, since we had many requests to not receive an unpaid order information we stopped sending emails when there are no submissions on the new version. However, now many people want this back. So, we decided to send a PENDING email as well before the payment is completed. However this is not implemented yet. It should be implemented in June.
