I've repeatedly changed the notification email recipient but it continues to send test emails to the original email address. Help!!

Clicking on "Test Email" button will always send emails to your JotForm account email id. Thats how its designed, to test the email content.
If you need to test the notification email, you need to preview your form and do the submission.
