Conditional Logic - 2 sets of donation levels

    HI

    I have a form where i am trying to set conditions - if they answer "Other" to the question -What is your connection to our foundation ...

    they should only see the donation options with $1k and $5K

    If they choose one of the other options they should only see the donation options with the 2k, 1350 or 500.

     

    How do i create this logic so they only see the donor level based upon their answer.

    You can achieve that with show/hide condition. Here's how:

    1. When it is equal to OTHER

    2. When it's not equal to OTHER. Another IF rule is also added so it is not triggered when the dropdown is empty.

    3. After that, Clear On Being Hidden should be set so conditionally hidden field values are cleared. Here's how:

    Can you help - my form is live and i cannot make a donation when i choose something other than OTHER.
