This is my first time using jotform, so far so good - thank you.
I am creating a form for people to rsvp to an event.
The first question in my form is.. 'how many people would you like to RSVP for?' and the options are 1, 2, 3 and 4.
The questions which follow this include 'name', 'will you be able to attend', 'would you also like a seat on the bus', 'do you have any dietary requirements' etc etc.
What I am trying to do is have the questions show up once if they select 1 person at question 1, twice at question 2 and so on.
I read on the forum "How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based on a Single Conditional Entry" and have added in Form Collapses at the beginning and end of each set of questions (I selected 'open' status and 'hidden' visibility).
In the preview screen, if I select 1 person at question 1 the questions only show up once (so it is working for 1 person) and the set of questions shows up 4 times when 4 people are selected. It is not working when I select 2 or 3 people though. Why? What do I need to do differently?
Also, two of my conditions (conditions number 5 and 6) are not working? I have no idea why, from what I have selected and understand I think they should work.
Lastly, becuase my conditions will be the same for set of questions (i.e. for each person) is it possible to copy multiple conditions at once? I have already set them up for the first set of questions, however I need to repeat them. Can I avoid manually doing each one? For example, if someone says they cannot attend the event then they wont be asked 'would you like a seat on the bus' etc etc.
Thank you so much

Have you tried using less than condition? Example:
If "How many person" is less than 2, show group1
If "How many person" is less than 3, show group2
If "How many person" is less than 4, show group3
and so on....
This demo will illustrate it: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/22886773026967
Unfortunately you can't copy multiple or single conditions at once, we do not have that option. You need to create each of the field conditions for now. If you'd like to group the fields, use form collapse tool under Survey Tools. This helps lessen conditional statements.
Hope this helps. Thank you!
