Why is my account upgraded each month to Bronze?

Why is my account upgraded each month to Bronze?  I don't think I have reached the thresshold for this service.

Are you referring to this account "surreycountyasa", which was last upgraded to the Bronze monthly plan on Dec 16, 2019?

Please note that all subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing period as per our payment terms. They continue to be charged every month (in your case) unless manually canceled and do not get automatically canceled.

If this is the account, then I can see that you have been subscribing to the Bronze monthly plan since Jan 2019.

If you want to cancel the subscription, please let us know and we can cancel it for you.
