Upgrade not working

    I upgraded our account a few weeks ago and somehow we're now back to the free plan without us changing anything. 


    I want to upgrade back to bronze but the system does not let me. Please fix this ASAP as we cannot have any service interruption.

    Kindly try to clear your browser's cache and log-in back to your account.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
