Captcha & Submit buttons are not appearing on my form

Asked by GMG_2 on April 26, 2013 at 11:24 AM

On my Style Sheet Submission form, the captcha code and submit buttons are cut off below the upload button. I have tried changing the embed code to an iframe with adjusted height, but it doesn't make a difference. The preview of the form is the same as it appears on my website, so I don't think it has to do with the embed code.

When I remove the upload button, the captcha code is partially visible. When I remove the upload button AND captcha code, the submit button is visible. However, I was able to add more elements into the middle of the form without the form cutting off above the upload button.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi,

Good day! Can you add both fields on the form? We'd like to see that issue to the form.

Also, it's probably because of your website container. Preferably the content positioning or DIV tags. Can you please share to us the webpage URL so we can check further?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Both fields are already in the form (captcha and submit). The preview mode in JotForm shows the exact same issue as on the website, so I don't think it is caused by the website container.

    Thanks

    Hi,

It's now fixed. It was due to your collapse stopper that's set as hidden and closed, therefore it can't display fields under it. The multiple file upload is exempted since it's hard coded and not to be considered a normal field.

    Thank you!
