Having problem with kiosk mode

    I tried to use the kiosk on my phone in the offline mode and after the submission was made I got an"error loading page" code number 1009 message due to "internet connection being offline". At that point I wasn't able to get out of the page and I had to virtually delete the application from my phone an upload it again. I did go to the settings and selected the form I wanted to use when offline. Can you please help with this?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Does the issue persist even after reinstalling the app?

    Also, what device are you using so we can test it the same?

    Please try opening the jotform app with data/wifi disconnected to make sure the app loads as offline mode.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
