This is not working for me. All the form fields have the correct address, but they are still coming to the wrong address. I have three forms. Some go to the correct address, some do not. It is very frustrating because I'm missing leads.

Please let us know in which form you are facing this issue. Also, it would be helpful to let us know what is the wrong address and what is the correct address.

HI there. It is the Business coaching form.
I had originally signed up with my personal email address of c*****nne@c*****nne.com but then when my business got started I changed it to c*****nne@r*****rytransformation.com .
I’ve checked and they are all listed correctly. But every now and then the form gets sent to my personal email instead. It’s almost like the system is glitching to a previous cached email. This has happened twice over the Christmas break. Thankfully I caught both of them. My smart mailboxes normally catch the form submissions, but when it gets sent to my personal of course, it doesn’t. So I am much more likely not to see the forms submitted. And I almost missed these two.
I went in and deleted the correct ones and then just re-entered it as the correct ones. Hoping that would “save” better. So we’ll see if this keeps happening.

Thanks for providing more information. Your Business Coaching Form has received only one submission. May you be referring to a different form?
I would suggest you to try clearing the forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
Then, you may try deleting the notification, and creating a new one. Let us know if the issue persists.

Okay. I actually got two submissions over Christmas from two different people on the business one. But since I redid the notifications I’m going to leave it for a bit and see what happens. Thank you for your help. If it persists I’ll be in touch.
