Hi, I upgraded my plan to Bronze on 03 Dec. But today when I log in my accounts to check. its show my current plan is free plan. Screenshot for your reference. Pls confirm. Thanks

It seems that your subscription was downgraded to Free on Dec 10, when we sent you an email notifying you of this and also due to the fact that your credit card may have expired:
Could you also let us know if you were actually charged for the Bronze plan on Dec 03, 2019? It's possible that your upgrade went through temporarily but the payment was incomplete from the processor end. If that's the case, then the amount would have been returned to your account.
