Airtable integration stopped working

I created an integration with Airtable today. I've been testing it all day to make changes. Now it suddenly stopped funneling into Airtable. 

I just made a test submission to one of my forms integrated with Airtable, however, I'm not able to replicate the issue. Submission data are being sent to my table as intended.

Could you please try removing the integration and then integrate it again? After that, please try making a test submission and see if that fixes it.
