    Hello

I am a paying customer of your service, and our basic order entry form has stopped working - that is the conditions no longer function.

    Here is the form:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/22766485594166

Here is the page it is embeded in:

    http://www.editiononebooks.com/order/project-request/

I think you will be able to see from the conditions what is supposed to happen, but the functionality is not working. This literally stops people from placing orders with us. It worked fine for months, and just stopped working. I need to have a stable solution or I am better off to have it custom coded for our site and bypass jotform.

    Please send your advice.

I am very sorry for this inconvenience. I have checked the current order of your conditional logics. Since our developers have added some new functionalities here and there for the Conditioanl logics, this might have caused the problem.

This is how the conditionals in your form are set up, the order is set by default PRIORITY, but you can also choose to set the order by RULE field or ACTION field

Please take a look and let us know if that is actually the escenario according to the Order by Priority , otherwise please decribe it and we will try to help you to fix this issue

    Hello
Thanks for your reply. The odd thing is that this works fine sometimes and
not others.I don't understand why that would be. Some days in the last week
it has worked fine, and some days not at all - this is with no edits to the
form. I just deleted the conditions and will try to start over, but it is
    not going well.
    Basic need:
    *Binding Type Field:*
Is blank (this is how the page should load) , then hide:
    'choose cover material'
    'choose cover type'
    'choose cover color'
    'choose linen/faux suede color'
    'finishing options'
    However if:
Hardcover selected = show 'choose cover material'
Softcover selected = show 'choose cover type'
Deluxe Softcover selected = show 'choose cover color' and 'finishing
    options'
Saddle Stitch selected = no change
    *Additional rule:*
If 'Hardcover' is selected from *Binding Type* menu
    *and*
'Linen or Faux Suede' is chosen from *Choose Cover Material *menu
Then show 'choose linen/faux suede color' and 'finishing options'
    I hope that makes senese.
I will continue to play with the conditions myself.

    Hi,

Basically, you do not need to setup HIDE conditions for the fields that will show once an option from a certain field is selected.

I've cloned your form and made the changes. Please kindly check: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31170400959955. Cloned this back if this works for you - How to Clone a Form.

    The condition;

    Thanks

    Thank you for your efforts!
Can I ask if this is new? Because the previous setup was actually built by

They might have actually changed the logic on how these conditional work. But it makes more sense whe you set up SHOW , so only when a condition is met it will show the field, otherwise it will be hidden
