    Client Not Receiving Email Alerts

    My form for Loft bar and bistro seems to not be working on my clients end, I tried emailing him and he recieves my emails, but the form will not forward to his email?  I get the inqueries in the inbox on jotform but they are not going out to the recipients email.


    Any ideas?

    Hi Brian,

    You have the correct settings, and our email logs indicate that the emails have been sent to your client email address - http://pastie.org/7731650.

    Please try to ask him to check the Spam Folder and add noreply@jotform.com to his Safe Sender List or Contact List as you have this as the Email Sender.
