    Hi,

I assume that you are referring to this form, https://form.jotform.co/Agrobionsa/Hba1uoa-n-Nuevo-Jesus-0, correct?

Please try clearing your form cache: How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache, then let u know if the issue still persists. Also, kindly provide us the link if your form is embedded on a website to further check it on our end.

We will wait for your response.

Yes, it could be the form cache, kindly try it then let us know if the issue still persists. Please also allow me some time to further test the forms on my end.

    Thank you.

It seems that you have posted a similar thread.

We apologize for the inconvenience. I'm able to replicate the issue on my end using your form's direct link and on my cloned form. There's seems to be a bug on the File Upload widget. Let me also escalate this to our developers.

We will provide you further update via this thread.

    Hi @Agrobionsa!

I would like to let you know that the issue has been fixed and the Browse Files buttons should now work as expected on all forms! The issue was related to the newest update that was intended to extend the accessibility coverage for File Upload fields.

Please let us know if you have any questions!
