Question on conditional logic

I have a form - where i think i did the logic correctly,

HOWEVER, if the person would choose one of the radio buttons at the top (relationship to HNW)

they get specific pricing under donation levels

When they choose one of these levels - the dollar amount does not move over to the box where the $$ is shown.

There is a break somewhere (it works when i choose "other")

Actually I was trying to get someone to answer me. The form in question is my form called the real presidents society gold form. That is where the logic is not working. I.e. if you choose to for the 2nd set of radio buttons...when you choose a donation amount...it does not populate the box where the dollars get charged. That is the form/part that is not working.

The reason is because the Calculation widget only has the first choice question:

You can add the second radio button field into the calculation widget so that the Donation amount takes into account both the questions.

Let us know if this clarifies your query.
