Customer having trouble...

    One of my customers posted this to our face book, "I am having trouble with the website. I did as you said and put one in my cart but had to leave for a while, but it disappeared and now when I try to do it again it says "Sorry, only one entry allowed." I never completed the order the first time -- how do I do it?


    Can you help us set up the jotform so that she can resubmit her order?

    Hi Greg,

    Thank you for posting your concern.

    Upon checking this particular form, it was found out that the Unique Submission setting under Preferences was set to "loose checking." This means that the form will look at the browser cookies to check if someone has already submitted a form entry from the computer or not. I have already changed the setting to "no checking" so that it will not check the cookies again and your guest can fill out the form as usual.

    You can change the Unique Submission settings in the future by clicking the Preferences button of the toolbar, then go to Advanced Settings tab and change the Unique Submissions settings from there.

    In addition, you can ask your guest to clear his/her browser's cookies and try again. Or use another computer if possible.
