Autoresponder > Attach a File: is not saving the attached file.

    I am attempting to attach a PDF to an assessment I created with Jotform. When uploading, the PDF appears... but once I hit SAVE... it disappears on the form. I even created a clone of the form to test it. Previously, it was working.

    1. I have not reached my storage limit for files in JOTFORM. I've checked.
    2. I have cleared the cache on my web browser, tried different web browsers, etc.
    3. I have the smallest file possible for my PDF.

    Anyhelp appreciated. I've attached a couple of jpgs.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, I have tested this feature, and can confirm that it is not saving:
