Join multiple fields into one field using calculation

I want to calcul a field, internament in the contact form, with the intention that the usuario introduce per example the adress, and the postal code, separated, but I join this fields in another one, witn the intention that this field is emmagatzemat separately and also the campo calculated with the join.

You can use the insert calculation option in Conditions to concatenate multiple fields entry into single field.
