Please downgrade my account to Starter

    Dear JotForm,

    I upgraded my account to Premium on 04/12 (Ref#70843566). I want to downgrade my account but the website does not allow me to do so. Could you please downgrade my account to Starter? Thanks!

    Just realized that the next billing time is 05/11. I guess I will downgrade on 05/10 then. Thanks! I really like JotForm!
