sub-users invitation not going out

    hi, I tried to create two sub-accounts on my premium jot form, but the emails did not go out.


    Can I set the password manually for my sub-users? and how?

    When you create sub users accounts, it will require a jotform account.

    If the sub user you created does not exists yet (no jotform account), the target sub user will be notified via email (on the email you provide during creation) to create an account. When the account is created, it then becomes available in your sub-users under your account.

    Can you tell us the email accounts of the target sub users you created? We will check if there are issues.

    I could not replicate the issue you mentioned. When I tested creating sub user on my test account, the emails notification went to my target sub user email's.

    You will need the email account to create the jotform username/account(even sub user account only). So, if you know the email, you can then set/reset the password for the jotform username.
