I'm on the Volunteer Christian Builders IT team. I take information on the JOT form and create a word document along with a picture of the new members. It seems redundant for one to have to recopy all the info on our form into a word document. Is there a way to convert a JOT form to a word document?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to export as a Word doc, but you can export it as a PDF and then try a workaround:
1. Convert your form to PDF format form. Here is a guide which should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
2. Convert this PDF form to a word document. You can use a 3rd party tool to convert your PDF form to a word document format.
You can do a google search and you will get a lot of free software to achieve your requirement. You can try this too:
