    Hi Diego,

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Can you please share to us the URL of the said form for further assistance?

I have check the URL of this page and found out that the title of this form is "ArpaVIP - Modulo Registrazione". This form is not connected/integrated to Zoho CRM upon checking.

    Thank you!

The URL of the said form is http://www.jotform.com/?formID=22552011286950

The form is "ARPAVIP - Modulo Registrazione", but it is connected with Zoho a CREATOR app,  not CRM app.

    Thank you!

    Best regards

We do not have integration with Zoho Creator. We only have integration with Zoho CRM.

Can you try re-intagrating the form with Zoho CRM?

Sorry, I didn't explain so well the scenario:

The integration, from Jotform to Zoho Creator is made by SMTP.

Jotform sends form data to zoho, by email (every zoho form has got an email address to send data from other application via smtp).

Now, something doesn't work since April 28th.

I have not means to know where the problem is:

    1) jotform doesn't post email to zoho?

    2) zoho rejects email posted by jotform?

    Can you check this?

    Thank you

    Best Regards

Diego, as stated Zoho Creator is not integrated and is something within the Zoho System that is entirely different from the Zoho CRM Integration (http://www.zoho.com/crm/) that we offer. This is much different since the Creator you speak of is more meant for building an Online Database as mentioned in it's features under Zoho's Services and that is on their end and not ours. It may be possible to grab the data for this since it allows scripting but it's not a guarantee.

Now if you mean that our Zoho Integration isn't sending the email into your Zoho CRM when a form is submitted then please try the following to correct this -

    (1) Remove the Integration and add it again to see if this helps.

    If Not...

    (2) Then double check to make sure you've followed the Steps to add the Zoho Integration.

    (3) Make sure you've save this into your form with your Zoho Login Credentials.

    (4) Make sure that you have set up and mapped out these fields so that Zoho recieves the data.

I checked on my test account with the Zoho Integration and it appears to be working properly as depicted below since I was able to see the email come through for my test into Zoho.

This also leaves some question in mind regarding your 2 questions -

    1) jotform doesn't post email to zoho?

Are you referring to the whole email response that was recieved or just the email address involved to submit into zoho?

    2) zoho rejects email posted by jotform?

Did you check to make sure that you've set up your mapped fields to accept the email to be posted into zoho?

Additonally I also found this information regarding SMPT but I don't quite think this is affecting this unless you've set up a script somewhere to work with this.

    Hi Kade,

the main scenario is: jotform sends an email to zoho (so, the integration from jotform to zoho is simply obtained sending data by email, submitting the form "Modulo registrazione". The email address which data are submitted to is area.amministrativa-47@forms.zohocreator.com).

I don't use Jotform Zoho Integration tool: we configured JotForm sending an email to Zoho.

This worked fine since december 2012, until April 28th. Now, doesn't work. We did not change nothing.

    Thank you for answering!

    Hi Diego,

Thank you for updating us. Good to know all is good now.

If you can, we will be glad to know also a bit of details on how the system suddenly works.

Since you mentioned that it does not involve Zoho integration, perhaps it is just a case of email transport issue?

    regards,

Probably yes, it is a case of email transport issue.

Something have not been working fine between JotForm SMTP system and Zoho email provider.

Probably email filters rejected jotform emails...

It would be nice to know if zoho form address which jotform sends email, has been put into some bounce-list...This could means Zoho system rejected Jotform email...

    It doesn't matter.

Now It works fine and I have restored all failed registration sending it again from Jotform (edit functions).

    regards!

I did check your JotForm's account email previously if listed on the bounce lists -- but it was not.

And you must be refering to this email address area.amministrativa-47@forms.zohocreator.com as the zoho email address -- I also check it, and was not listed also.

    ---

Anyway, at least for now you are now able to continue using the form and even edit/updates -- and that's what matter most for now.

Please don't hesitate to contact us again anytime for any inquiry or assistance needed.

    Thanks.
