Can you provide more details about what you mean by "special price option"? Do you mean like a discount or coupon code?

    @makcali

I just checked your form and I can see you are using special pricing on your paypal form already. I am looking into this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/31193260148348. I suppose you were able to figure this out? If you have further questions with regards to this, please let us know.

    Thank you!

The form will be redirected to the PayPal payment page for payment after submission. Once the payment is made, the user will be redirected back to the Thank you page. Can you please provide us the web page link where you have embedded the form so we may check the scrolling issue?

    Hi Metin,

Yes, that's right. Just make sure you've entered your correct paypal email address.

    -----

Re-embed your form using only the following iframe embed code.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/31193260148348" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 1286px; border: none;" scrolling="auto"></iframe>

See if this makes difference. Thanks!

    Hi hey,
First of all, you've solved the problem (i.e. ipad users says they have
to touch the page at least once to see the scroll bar... better than
    previous..)
Finally, I have a similar problem at the "booking enquiry form" for ipad
at the web site that the scroll bar not seen. Could you pls. help on

    Hi Metin,

Please try re-embedding the "booking enquiry form" using this iframe code.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/31054492788361" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1492px; border:none;" scrolling="auto"></iframe>

Inform us if this still does not resolve the issue.

    Thanks.
