All of my created forms seem to be gone

I need to know what happen to my forms.  I do not use Jotform that much.  I only use the free plan.  I only had 3 forms.  That I use one a year.  I have those links posted for people to register.

I've just checked and it seems that you haven't created forms yet on this account.

Do you have another Jotform account? If there is, please try logging on to it and see if the forms are there.

Also, please provide links to the form you created/shared so we could trace the account where it is located.
