Mobile Forms Questions

1. Is there a way for me to assign a mobile form from a desktop? Right now if I use the "assign forms" tab under publish (while I'm on a desktop), it doesn't send them the mobile forms assignment email. 

2. My syncing is not working on my mobile forms app. I have changed a couple of form names and ran a sync three times over the last 10 minutes and the names are not changing within the app. How can I get this information to update?

Edit: I synced another couple of times, logged out of the app, completely closed out of the app, and then went back in and the changes showed up.

Unfortunately you cannot add assignee for Mobile app form online version. You will have to sign in to your JotForm Mobile app and add assignee from there.

It must me a temporary issue and I am glad to know that your issue is resolved after you logout and login to your account in JotForm Mobile app.
