Switching Over Email Address

    Hi there, 

    I tried switching the email address listed on this account, but when I click on the link to verify my email, I get an error message (attached) - is there any way to fix this? I would like all emails and notifications on this account to go to ibart@psych-nyc.com

    Hello Isabel!

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing, I am more than happy to assist you with this issue.

    Unfortunately, I am unable to find the account that you wish to change the email of. If you could kindly provide us with the username or email currently associated with the account, we can investigate this issue further and find a solution for you.

    Once we have the correct account we can either resend you the confirmation email so that you can verify the new email address or you also have the choice of manually changing the email address again and attempt to verify with the automatic confirmation email that is sent.

    Hi there - Yes, the username is nickyapap@gotham-psych.com - we are trying
    to switch it over to ibart@psych-nyc.com - thank you!

    Hi Isabel!

    I have found the account associated with the email you provided nickyapap@gotham-psych.com and it seems that this account is HIPPA enabled. We are unable to access HIPPA enabled accounts so unfortunately, I will not be able to make this change for you. I did resend the verification email, but this email will most likely be sent to the email address currently associated with the account so this may not resolve the issue.

    However, you can still make the email address change yourself if you wish. Simply go to your profile settings and click on edit next to your account email. Once you have changed the email you should receive the confirmation email. Please see the screencast below for reference:
