Trouble Processing Payment

    I recieved this email yesterday:


    Hi Katrina,


    We had trouble processing your payment. Your JotForm Economy Monthly subscription has now expired due to non-payment.


    Can we move our payment day to the 5th to continue the monthly subscription?

    Hi Katrina,

    Your account was already downgraded to Free. I would suggest to re-upgrade your account to avoid interruption on your form submissions. Kindly visit our Pricing page to re-upgrade.

    You can actually pay anytime you want but since your account is already downgraded to Free, you have to upgrade immediately to avoid over-limiting your free submissions quota which may happen anytime soon.
