Opt in box

    In the future I want to use the Jotform to send emails to the people who filled the form and ask them a couple of questions. Before I send them an email, I will need to insert a opt in box which you can select, so they can receive an email.

    Can I arrange this with Jotform?

    If you are planning to use JotForm as your mailing list tool, unfortunately, it is not yet possible to use JotForm as your mailer to send your list an email. 

    What you can only do is use your form to become your opt-in list for your email recipients.  You will just need to use a different software or application for your reports data from JotForm to send your mailing list an email.

    Can you automate the opt-in email they will need to click on, or do we need to integrate this somewhere else?

    Hi Thijs,

    Yes you can automate the opt-in email by adding an Auto-responder email to your forms. However, like liyam said, it may be more efficient to use another application as your mailing list tool to continuously send emails to your list. Jotform does not have mass mailing capabilities, but it can be used as a tool to build your list. Refer to the link below for more information.
