I have used you awsome Google spreadsheet integration for a couple of months, but lately i found that submissions weren't added any more to my spreadsheet.
I removed the integration and re-connected it, and again it worked for a couple of days and then stopped.
Could you please look into it?

Revoking access to the app or resetting some security settings might cause such problem. Are you sure you haven't done anything like that recently?

Where do you susspect those security changes were taken?
Haven't done anything from my side, not in jotform nor in my google drive or chrome browser...

Thank you for the additional information. I think I figured out the cause of this problem. It is related to a known issue with Special Characters such as the language you are using for your forms which is Hebrew and appears as Symboled Lettering and because of this it is causing the form integration to break. I will be notifying our Development Team about your issue and we will get back to you as soon as this problem has been corrected.
I tested it on this form http://form.jotform.us/form/31204515725143 with this Google Spreadsheets Integration here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AoQfICZ3OH3ldERpNmN2RmI2NWhEakd1UkhiZWZzTUE&usp=sharing.
As you can see 3 tests worked fine and that was when I had the first field on my test form labeled " test a " in english but after I changed that top first field to " מגזין מעריב לנוער חינם ללא התחייבות " with further test information input as " test 1 " this information did not transfer into Google Spreadsheets.

Any news with regard to known issue with Special Characters and spreadsheet integration?
In addition I have made some of the submission pages public (secured with a password).
Although I (admin) have no problem in exporting the files (xls, csv, pdf), my partners who got the passwrod and see the submission, while pressing on the export icons - nothing happens (no matter which format they choose)...

Could you please look into it?

It looks like you are looking to make possible for the users to who you share the submissions view page, to be able to download the submission in a file, since this is not possible, right? Since this a different problem from the original one, please open a new thread with a title according to the problem and we will gladly assist you

Thanks! I will.
Anyway, what about the original question? :) (integration with Google spreadsheet is lost with special characters)?

I assume it's not been resolved in your end, have you re-built the integration? Please confirm this, otherwise I'll send a note to the developer in charge
