I have made a new form witch is a bit complicated. So today we did a lot of tests on the form and every time we got our mail like in instantly from jot forms. But we log in a bit later and if we do tests on the form now, mails are not getting threw to us. We did not change any settings in the mail notification. Please can someone tell me what to do. We need to get this form working asap. We will be getting more then 100 form submission a week and we cannot let the form fall apart.
I notice you are using a different email address for your form notification. The 'Test Email Button' would only send email notification to the account holder's email address to prevent spammers from abusing this function. If you need to test a different email address for your form notification, you will need to do an actual submission on your form.

Thank you for the reply. We changed the delivery email to check if it wont solve the problem but it did not. We are not getting submissions or test mails. Like i sed we did get submissions and tests earlier today but for some reason we are not getting it now. Please help. I know we did a lot of changes in the delivery mail layout. Could that have caused the problem? I even got your mail about the support and we are getting mails form other clients.
dont know what you dit but it is working now. We have installed jotform app on all our iphones and ipad so that we can make sure that even if the mail is not comming threw, we still get instant notifications on our devices.
