Strange notice that our account will be shut down?

    Hi there, is there a phone number I can call? I received a notice that we’ve hit our jotform limit which does not make sense.

    We do not have phone support. The best way to communicate with us is here in the Support Forum or you can email us at support@jotform.com

    I checked your account and you're a free user. You also reached your 10 payment submission per month limit. That's the reason why your payment forms will be disabled.
