Why do the check boxes not work ?

    Our company has three "products of interest" and this is given as an option by three check boxes. HOwever, the product of interest selected does not appear in the e-mail form sent to us. Why?

    Hi,

    I cloned your form and I found out that on your email notification the value of the product of interest is incorrect.

    1. Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts

    2.  Click Order request.

    This is the incorrect value.

    Please change it to {productOf}, or simply remove the "s".

    After changing it, I made a test. Here is the email notification.

    You can also required the checkbox to avoid user not entering an answer to the said field.

    1. Click the product of interest field.

    2. Then on top part, click required button.
