Form fields not displaying in Receipt

    Payment confirmation page receipt and PDF print copy of receipt both not showing an input data field and including content not on the form.

    1. The web receipt not showing these text fields: RFQ#: [ . ]   JOB NAME: This House. Missing the RFQ#. Please fix.

    2. In the PDF receipt, none of the content from the form body are displayed. Instead it is showing content from an original test form. Please fix. (attached)

    I believe that you software has a problem with holding form data from deleted forms that were used as a base for a cloned form.

    3. Related, I have problem with cloned forms. A clone, "B" from original form "A", when "B" is edited, it changes form "A". What is the value of this function when this happens. This needs to be fixed.

    4. Still not receiving email confirmation auto responders. TEST sends both emails. Sandbox test of form does not send email notices.

    Your help with 1-4 is appreciated.

    For question #1, may I suggest that you edit the Thank-You Page of your form from the builder page settings and remove the existing {number} unique name and update it from the Form Fields dropdown on the editing toolbars instead, please? Please refer to the screenshot below.


    Please test the form after and let us know if the issue persists.
