How to pass the form title to Zapier?

Can you guys add an option in your API where the form title an applicant completes is pushed to Zapier along with their entries?

It would help others and myself keep our CRM's and other data organized on what data came from where.

I'm not sure what you mean by requirements, but I can explain this a little better.

So currently, when I have a new submission in JotForm... (See photos)

The only information being pushed through to the next zap is what is displayed below.

I'd like to see this field:

Pushed through in Zapier too. That way, I can organize which survey they filled out into my CRM and other tools.

Thanks for the details. 

I would recommend you to add a hidden field to your form, it can be a short text entry field where you will set the form title as default value, this way you can map this on the Zapier options.

Thanks, man, I've done as the temporary fix. I'd still like to see that put into zap if possible though.
