Too much memory useage

We seem to be having issues getting our forms and the jotform website to work. It just asks us to please wait when loading the jotform site and I belive it's to do with the javascript or whatever is used as it's probably looping somewhere. It eventually partially loads sometimes and says that the script has used too much memory.

It happens every time on my mac forthe past few days and I'm guessing it's to do with the form in particular.

    Hi,

Can you please try using iFrame method instead? As this can be an issue with script conflict.

Please let us know if this method works for you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thanks for the advice, this doesn't explain why it doesn't work on the website though and I've now removed the script from the other page as I am unable to access the embed options to get the iframe code. Any other ideas?

    Thanks

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

We need further details to be able to help you on this.

Can you confirm if this happens only to a specific browser?

Please try using other browser in your Mac as well.. kindly try Chrome if you haven't. Check if the result is the same.

Unfortunatelly, I could not reproduce this on my end, as I can just load the form builder under your account.

You can continue your work using the form builder if you can get rid of this issue which could be specific to the browser you might be using.

We will wait for your updates.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,

Chrome shows what I had in my screenshot, Safari and Firefox load the top part of the form but from the point of the 'Next' button onwards nothing is visable. I do think it's likely to be a script error caused by the 'Next' button as something is likely to be there as it has slowed everything right down on the site.

I'll try and embed it in the next couple of mins using the iframe on the website I have linked to.

    Thanks

    Daniel

It's working on chrome now too and the website however the majority of the rather extensive form has gone now which will take a while to sort out.

Re-doing the form I've noticed it was from phone number onwards that it had broke so it's worth having a look at that for any dodgy code.

Please try disabling your browser extension and reset the browser setting to default.
