Trying to reactivate our subscription

    Hi,


    I am trying to reactivate our current subscription and when i go to  confirm it tells me that I am now upgrading my package, this is not correct and want to stay on the Bronze package.


    Can someone please let me know what needs to be done to stay on the Bronze package and reactivate the status.

    I did check your account and found that you have active bronze monthly subscription which was renewed earlier today.

    Your account is in good shape currently and there is nothing to worry about. Your bronze subscription is already active.
