Trying to create e-commerce form without the PAY WIDGET

I'm creating two forms for my company: 1 for people to award staff members with fictitious $$$; and 2 to allow staff to redeem/shop for selected items - but i do not want/need a payment widget to be attached to the form.  I just need the form!  Can you help me?

You may use the purchase order integration. This will allow you to create a payment form but no actual payments are processed.
