hi,
I have a form with a place to attach files.
I've set it so that after submission the results are sent to my colleague (who doesn't have a Jotform account). The results are supposed to be attached to the email.
For some reason, in some cases, the results don't get attached.
In these cases, there are links to the attached files, but my colleague is not able to access them. How can we solve this?

Kindly check the form owner's account settings if they have disabled the privacy settings to allow users to view uploaded files without login.
In the account settings>privacy> uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded fields".
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
