Here is the form I am working on: http://form.jotform.us/form/31214134850140?
It breaks if you order both Green and Orange, but not Black.
It also breaks if you only order Orange and no others.
I think the solution would be to hide a page if it isn't selected from the beginning... I have tried using the skip to condition and it works for several of the pages, but for these two it doesn't bc as soon as you hit the first next button it skips to the specified page...
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks for your input!

Sorry but it's not possible to hide individual pages, you have to use skip page condition instead in order to achieve that. We'll see if we can find out a workaround for this. We'll get back to you soon. Stay tuned!

Awesome! Thanks Elton! Ya I have been mapping it out on paper and can't figure out a solution so I appreciate any help you can give.
Let me know if you need any clarifications

Check if this works.
Please clone this form to figure out the shorter conditions. I grouped the fields for easier condition, here's a guide: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry
Regarding on the orange jumps to black issue even if black isn't selected, I've added a "condition" field on page 2 (orage) that's hidden via CSS codes. The field is added for conditional purpose only,
If "Choose the shirts you want to order" is NOT EQUAL to Orange AND "condition" is filled, skip to page 4 (contact page).
This condition helps skip page 3 (black) if black isn't selected on the first place.
Let me know if this isn't working the way you have expected. Thank you!

That totally works well! Thanks for your help! This was my first form with jotform and I am really happy with the result. Your help is greatly appreciated! Grouping those conditions was great! It was a bit overwhelming before. :)

Thank you for using JotForm. Cheers!

Hey Elton, I just went to use the form and realized there are some parts not working anymore that were last time i checked it... If you select multiple shirts... it only lets you select the sizing for 1 shirt before moving to the contact information. Also if you select the orange shirt... it doesnt allow you to choose sizing... Is there something I can do to fix this?
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on May 17, 2013 at 07:22 AM
Have you tried cloning again the demo form by EltonCris?
Please try cloning it back to see if the demo form still works. Then, you can just re-use it.
This was the demo form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31216074720949
Use this guide to clone the form http://www.jotform.com/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page
Inform us if you need further assistance.
- funisawesomeAnswered on May 17, 2013 at 11:50 AM
Ya I did clone it and it worked... however... the demo that he created isn't working the same or I must have originally overlooked some things on it.
On the form... if you select just Fun is Awesome Heather Orange... it bypasses the size selection when it shouldnt be. Also, if you select multiple shirts... say the green and the orange... it will let you select sizing for the first, but bypasses the second... Any ideas what could be wrong?
Thanks for your help!

I could see the problem. Thank you for providing more details.
Let me check it out, I'll get back to you as soon as I have fixed the logic condition base on your requirement.

Please test this form http://www.jotform.com/form/31366168839970?
I have to add some necessary changes to achieve the condition requirements.
Check if this can work for you.
Give us your feedback about it.
- funisawesomeAnswered on May 31, 2013 at 02:49 PM
This is really close. The only thing that still seems to be an issue is when selecting the heather green shirt and the make fun not war shirt... it doesnt allow you to choose sizes for the make fun not war... would this be simple to fix?
- JotForm SupportWelvinAnswered on May 31, 2013 at 05:00 PM
We'll try to tweak more the conditional logic. Seems like there's a conflict preventing the other conditional logic to work.
- JotForm SupportMike_TAnswered on May 31, 2013 at 05:27 PM
Here is a form that you can clone:
I hope it is working as it is supposed to.
- funisawesomeAnswered on May 31, 2013 at 06:43 PM
Thanks Welvin and Mike. It is really close, but now when you select just the heather orange option it does not let you pick sizing... It needs to always let you choose sizing for each whether you pick 1 shirt or multiple shirts. I really appreciate your help on this... tried to do it myself and I guess it was too difficult to do on my own. I am really impressed with your support so far. Great work guys!

I will work more on the condition logic on your form. I am sorry for the delays.
Somehow, there is some limitations on the condition logic, that is making it a bit complicated to apply the condition rules to achieved your form requirement.
We will give you update on this.

Thanks Jonathan. We appreciate your help.
- funisawesomeAnswered on July 19, 2013 at 05:29 PM
Any update on this? It has been awhile since I heard anything about it... Did you come up with a solution?
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on July 19, 2013 at 05:46 PM
I am very sorry on the delays on the response on this. It seems I did not recieved your previous updated response prior to this one. All the while, I thought the issue was resolved already and this thread was closed.
Please give me a few minutes to check back on the form and refresh myself on the case.
I will definitely update you at once with a response.
- funisawesomeAnswered on July 19, 2013 at 05:53 PM
No worries. I just want to finish getting it ready for a big campaign we are going to do. We really appreciate your help on this!
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on July 19, 2013 at 05:56 PM
Hi, I just checked Mike_T's version http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31507125642952
I think it fixes the issue on my version.
On this version, if you pick only awsome heather orange, it does gives you the next page where you can choose the size and quantity.
Can you please try it again and provide us your feedback.
Thank you very much for patience and understanding.
- funisawesomeAnswered on July 19, 2013 at 07:10 PM
On my end, when I select all of them... it skips the orange option... when i select just the orange option... it skips to the contact info... is this not happening for you? I am using the most up to date chrome browser on a mac OSX system.
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on July 19, 2013 at 09:54 PM
Maybe you have initially provided answer already to Orange option and used the Back button?.
When you do this, next time you hit Next button again, it will immediately go to Contact Info -- because the condition rules states that if Orange size/quantity is already filled in, then skip to Contact
Please remember, using the back/forward button will not erase/clear the filled questions. Filled in questions remains when hiding/show the fields or hitting back/next button.
You will have to refresh the browser itself to clear all the answers.
Please always try from fresh start and test them again.
We will persevere until you are satisfied with your requirements.
- funisawesomeAnswered on July 19, 2013 at 10:45 PM
Thanks for your perseverance. I tried it in firefox this time and started fresh... I selected all options... so "Fun is Awesome Heather Kelly Green", "Fun is Awesome Heather Orange", and "Make Fun Not War Heather Black"...
I then selected 1 option for kelly green and hit next.
It takes me straight to "Make Fun Not War Heather Black" and skips the "Heather Orange" option.
Good news is that it now works whenever you select just "Orange"... it goes to the orange option and then on to the contact form as it should... so we are one step closer... could you double check the settings for when you select all the shirts?
- funisawesomeAnswered on July 20, 2013 at 01:11 AM
So close! I thought you had it for sure... now everything works except for when you choose just the orange option... then it skips the selection and goes straight to the contact info without allowing you to select qty or sizing...
Basically what i want to do is have a form for wholesale orders where they can select from all of the shirts to order from or any other combination including just one of them.
Thanks so much for your help on doing this! I tried initially to do it myself and got fairly far, but could never make it work... is this just not possible on the jotform system?
- JotForm SupportEltonCrisAnswered on July 20, 2013 at 05:47 AM
I've tried figuring out for almost an hour on how to deal this with conditions and it seems not doable. This is most probably due to conditions multi-tasking in which it causes conflicts with other conditions. However, if my colleagues finds out something, they'll surely reply here.
Somehow, I've come up with another approach which is a bit different, it has no page break tools for the 3 options. You can find it out here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31216074720949?.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
- funisawesomeAnswered on July 28, 2013 at 04:35 PM
This option works! Thanks for finding a way to work around it.
