Free text field does not appear upon submission

Free text field, or the body of the Rental Agreement, is not showing up when the form is submitted.

When I look at the inbox view, it does not appear there either,please advise.

You will need to enable the displaying of text and header fields in your form submissions in order for them to appear. This can be done from within your submission page by clicking on the gear icon at the top right of the page and checking the Show Headers and Text option.
